OUR PROCESS
Phase One: Brand Strategy Workshop
We begin with an in-depth brand strategy workshop, where we will explore your mission and objectives, assess your ideal clients, determine your goals, and identify how you will stand out in your niche. This process allows us to develop the foundation and necessary data to begin the creative process of your brand, website, and other marketing materials.
Phase Two: Research & Development
Following the brand strategy workshop, we’ll begin developing the concept for your brand and/or website. Once ready for review, we will present you with the concepts and explain the inspiration behind each. You will then have time to review and reflect on your options.
Phase Three: Refinement
During our refinement process, you’ll have a chance to provide us with detailed feedback. From there, we will fine-tune the design by making minor adjustments.
Phase Four: Delivery & Launch
Now comes the exciting part as we prepare your files, website, and/or materials for delivery! You will receive everything you need for a successful launch, including an in-depth brand reference guide and personalized website training (for web design projects) to ensure both consistency and a profitable future.

We do not offer single logos without beginning with one of our strategic branding packages. While your logo is important, we believe that creating a comprehensive brand strategy and customer experience is imperative to building a successful and profitable business.

Our branding and web design services are an investment in your business and are priced based on your specific project needs. For this reason we create client specific proposals after our initial client intake meeting.

You bet! We are happy to split your project total into two, three, or four installments depending on what works best for you.

Great question! We are currently booking 2 - 3 months in advance. If you are in need of rush services please inquire as soon as possible.

Timelines vary depending on the scope of work. On average branding projects take 4 to 6 weeks and web design can take 6 to 8 weeks. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let us know right away and we will do our very best to accommodate.
